I had no problems here with this movie region 1... Have you tried sending the bup files to the team to have a look at? What region is your DVD?

I had no problems here with this movie region 1... Have you tried sending the bup files to the team to have a look at? What region is your DVD?

Thanks. Your suggestion to kingrex65 is right. Maybe his dvd is another edition. Sending us the bup files of the original dvd is the right method to solve this issue.

Have you sent us the bup files? You may just insert the original dvd to your dvd drive, then click on the top left corner of Ideal DVD Copy window, then click "Export bup files" menu, send it to us, we'll solve it within one day.

If you failed to export the bup files through our program, then please send them to us by the following steps:
1) Export the log file. Click on the top left corner of Ideal DVD Copy window, then click "Export log file" menu to export it.
2) Copy the bup files of the original dvd manually. Insert the dvd to your dvd drive, then browse the dvd, open the "VIDEO_TS" folder, browse it with details mode, copy all the bup files under that folder to a new folder. Then zip this folder to a .zip file.
3) Send the log file, .zip file to our support team.

We've also uploaded that file to our server, all the other users who have the same edition should can copy it successfully.

Attention, the dvd has a special structure, if you're compressing it to a dvd5 disc with full disc mode, before copying, please do the following settings:

Click , then a window like following will popup, please click "Shrinking" tab, check "Custom", replace 4482 to 4300, then click "OK" button to save the settings. By doing so, you can compress the dvd to a dvd5 successfully.
