DVD Movie is pushed back out of drive

hi, I installed DVD copy of mac on my macbook pro to try it, I open the program, insert the dvd movie in the drive in my mac, the program recognizes the movie and as I see the movie title as the source, however when I click start it just spits the dvd right out of the drive without doing anything and ask for a blank dvd to be inserted? Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

Do you have two dvd drives?
Please send us a screenshot of the main windows of our program after it recognizes the source DVD and before you click Start.
