PS3 trouble

Postby biggiebrian » 17 May 2011, 23:02

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I am downloading dvd into an external hard drive. When I put a dvd into the hard drive via ideal dvd it breaks the movie up into 3 to 5 different files so when I go to view the movie on my play station the movie will not play all the way through.... any advice is appreciated. Other then this issue I am very pleased with the ease of use and the quality it produces.

Which converter are you using?
Usually our program will output every title as a single file. Please first check if you have choose "infinite" from the "Split mode" dropdown list to rip your movie. With this option, you will only get one file. Then please click windows menu "Start"->"All Programs"->"Ideal DVD to ..."->"Export log" to export the log file to us, then we'll check what's wrong.
Ideal DVD Software - give you the eaiest solution for DVD Copy and video conversion.
Backup any protected DVDs or convert DVD/avi/wmv/flv/rmvb/rv to iPod/psp/avi formats.
