when I copy a movie to hard disc does it take twice as long to duplicate? Also, is there any way to increase the volume, some movies come with really low audio. Thanks

When you copy DVD to hard drive first, it will not duplicate the copying time. In fact when you use our program to burn DVD to a blank disc directly , it also needs to copy DVD files to the temp folder on hard drive first, then burn from the temp folder.
About the volume problem, please provide us more information. Did you use Ideal DVD Copy? Where did you meet such low volume problem? And please also check if the audio in the original movie is OK. Then we could give you some proper advice.
