best DVD's to use

I am trying to copy movies without shrinking but I am using the 8.5 DL which starts , stops. I copy at 4x and this still happens. Any idea on how to stop this or is there such a thing as a 8.5 disk that is not DL.

I'm sorry. It seems to be a burning issue. Please do not try more times but click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export log file" and you will get a IdealDVDCopy.ilz file. Please save it and enclose it in the email, and send it to support@idealdvdcopy.com . We'll give you some advice as soon as possible.
