Yes. We've fixed many different editions of this DVD. And we've included those fixes in version 3.2.3. Please first download this version from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/download/Id ... opy323.exe and install it. Then click , click "Check Update" to download all other new fixes. Then try to copy the DVD again. You should succeed.

If you failed, maybe the edition you have isn't the ones we've known. Then please click "Export bup files" from the icon menu and email us the exported file. We'll fix it as soon as possible.
