When should I re-download Ideal DVD Copy?

In the current version 3.2.5, our program will automatically access our server to check if there's a decryption file when copying a protected DVD, if yes, it will download that file and apply it. And after version 3.2.5 is released, we won't update the setup file until a new version comes out. We'll only upload the decryption files to our server.

So if your version is already 3.2.5, (you may visit viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6666 to learn how to figure out the version you're using)

but you still failed to copy a new released dvd, there's no need to re-download the setup file, just keep the DVD in your DVD drive, open Ideal DVD Copy, click , then click "Export bup files" menu and send the exported .buz file to support@idealdvdcopy.com, we'll fix it within one day.

But if we released a new version, you should update your version to the latest one.
