Since version 4.1.1, we changed the directory to store the decryption files, so that all the windows account users can use it. But unfortunately, we found on win7 system, even if the administrator account can't overwrite the public directory, although we already uploaded the decryption files to our server, but most users still can't use it. Now, in version 4.1.2, we changed the directory back and everything is OK now.
